I have included FAQ from most of my books as well as other questions that I feel are important in OCD recovery. I also included How To Get Over OCD audio book. After reading these books you can get the answers you need to recover from OCD.
The book also includes theme specific questions. I think it is important to add them because it serves as a recovery tool. You will see how people with other types of OCD feel, which is important because you will see that your thoughts and fears are not that different from theirs.
